The waters around Roatan and the Meso-American Reef are some of the healthiest fisheries in the Caribbean, full of big game fish, snapper, permit, large schools of yellowfin, blackfin, marlin, mahi-mahi, and ahi tuna. Choose to catch-and-release or catch and eat.
